The patient first presented to the office with orthodontic brackets in place. After debanding, the patient returned and a comprehensive exam, a full-mouth series of radiographs, a periodontal evaluation, diagnostic photos, and digital scans (iTero [Align Technology]) were completed. This must be removed for veneer design.
